My life was a alot moresedentary and lack of awareness in terms of how food made me feel. I felt hopeless after my diagnosis and a lot of shame. I decided to work with Sophia as a recommendation. I was diagnosed with PCOS and prediabetes as a result of insulin resistance. It was good experience. I was reassured in my choices of food.
