My life was a alot moresedentary and lack of awareness in terms of how food made me feel. I felt hopeless after my diagnosis and a lot of shame. I decided to work with Sophia as a recommendation. I was diagnosed with PCOS and prediabetes as a result of insulin resistance. It was good experience. I was reassured in my choices of food. Given super good information in regards to my condition, and recipes that are delicious and helpo my blood sugar be stable. I definetely have seen improvements , and observe more what I am eating. I am also cooking a lot more and monitoring how much sugar and refined carbs I been comunsuming.
